General Terms & Definitions

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 7meters as an online entertainment platform provider. By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 7meters — whether through the website, Android app, or iOS PWA — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the entirety of this document.

In this document, certain terms carry specific meanings as follows:

• "Platform" refers to all services provided by 7meters, including the website, mobile app, and all content therein.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for or uses 7meters services.
• "Account" refers to the user account registered on the 7meters platform.
• "Balance" refers to funds stored in a 7meters account for gameplay purposes.
• "Wins" refers to winnings obtained from gameplay on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to additional incentives provided by 7meters to users in accordance with applicable promotional terms.

Account Registration Requirements

To fully use 7meters services, you are required to register and create an account. The registration process is completed online through the platform and must meet the following requirements:

Age Requirements

7meters services are intended solely for individuals who are of 18 years of age and above. Every user who registers declares and warrants that they meet the minimum age requirement. 7meters reserves the right to request age verification at any time, and any account found to belong to an underage user will be permanently closed.

One Account per User

Each person is only permitted to have one active account on the 7meters platform. Holding more than one account — whether using the same or different identities — is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of existing balances.

Registration Data Accuracy

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. The data provided — including your full name, phone number, and other identity information — must match your valid official identity documents. 7meters applies a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to ensure the validity of user data.

Deposits and Payments

7meters supports a wide range of local Indonesia deposit methods, including QRIS, DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, bank transfer, Virtual Account, carrier credit, and crypto assets. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), except for crypto deposits which are automatically converted.

• Minimum deposit varies by payment method (starting from Rp 10,000 for digital wallets).
• 7meters charges no admin fees on all major deposit methods.
• Deposit confirmations are processed automatically and the balance is available within seconds to a few minutes.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered under the same name as the 7meters account.
• 7meters is not liable for delays caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawal of Wins

Wins earned from games on the 7meters platform can be withdrawn using the same payment method used for the deposit. The following conditions apply to the withdrawal process:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the 7meters account.
• Users are required to complete the applicable rollover or turnover requirements before making a withdrawal, particularly for balances derived from bonuses.
• 7meters processes withdrawals within 1–5 minutes for digital wallets and up to 30 minutes for bank transfers.
• 7meters reserves the right to delay or place a hold on withdrawal requests if there are indications of suspicious activity or a breach of terms, pending investigation.
• 7meters charges no withdrawal fees on all available withdrawal methods.

Bonuses and Promotions

7meters regularly offers a variety of bonus and promotional programs to users. Each bonus carries specific terms and conditions, including rollover requirements, usage deadlines, eligible games, and withdrawal terms.

General Bonus Terms

• Each type of bonus has its own rollover requirements that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• 7meters reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional program at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses obtained through improper, manipulative, or terms-violating means will be voided along with any associated wins.
• Only one account per user is eligible to receive a bonus. A bonus for the same account cannot be claimed by a family member in the same household if there is already one active account.

Game Rules

All games available on the 7meters platform use an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been audited and certified by an independent body. This ensures that every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including 7meters itself.

• The final outcome of all games is determined by an automated system and is conclusive.
• If a technical issue affects game outcomes, 7meters will investigate the incident and take fair action based on recorded server logs.
• Users are prohibited from using any software, bots, or automated methods to play on the platform.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs, technical loopholes, or system vulnerabilities must be reported to the support team — not exploited — and will be rewarded appropriately.

Account Security

Account security is a shared responsibility between 7meters and its users. 7meters provides multiple security features including TLS 1.3 encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and real-time suspicious activity detection. However, users also have an obligation to:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with anyone, including family members.
• Immediately contact the 7meters support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not access your account from public devices or unsecured WiFi networks without additional protection.
• Ensuring the device you use is free from malware or harmful software.

7meters is not liable for losses resulting from a user's failure to maintain account security, provided there is no evidence of a security breach on the platform's end.

Prohibitions and Violations

Users are prohibited from using the 7meters platform for activities that violate the law or harm others. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions of any kind.
• Fraud, account manipulation, or use of false identity.
• Use of bot software, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to play.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Infringing the intellectual property rights of 7meters or its third-party partners.
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or harmful content on the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

7meters reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following conditions:

• Found to be in violation of the applicable terms and conditions.
• There is strong indication of fraud or suspicious activity requiring further investigation.
• Account closure requests initiated by the user, including through the self-exclusion program.
• Account inactive for a period as defined under 7meters' internal policy.
• Upon order or decision by a competent legal authority.

For accounts suspended due to suspected violations, 7meters will conduct an investigation and give the user an opportunity to provide clarification before a final decision is made, except in cases that are clear-cut and require no further verification.

Limitation of Liability

The 7meters platform is provided "as is" and 7meters does not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical disruptions. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• 7meters is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• 7meters' liability shall not exceed the total funds in the user's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.
• 7meters is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events.

Privacy and User Data

7meters is committed to protecting the privacy and security of user data. The collection, use, and protection of personal data are detailed in Privacy Policy of ours, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.

In summary, 7meters collects data necessary for the operation of its services, does not sell user data to third parties, and applies encryption and appropriate technical security measures to protect that data from unauthorized access.

Changes to Terms

7meters reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active users via platform notifications or registered communication channels at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your available balance before the new terms take effect.
